Terms of Service: CSA

General Information: By signing up for our CSA program, you agree to comply with our terms of service. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

CSA Membership: Our CSA membership is a seasonal commitment, and you are agreeing to receive a share of our flowers on a regular basis. Your membership may not be transferred or shared with others.


Payment: Payment for your CSA membership is due in full at the time of registration. We accept cash, check, and credit card payments.


CSA Pickup: CSA shares must be picked up at the designated time and location each week. If you are unable to pick up your share, please arrange for someone else to do so on your behalf.


Share Contents: The contents of your CSA share are determined by us, and we make no guarantees about the specific flowers or quantities that will be included each week. We reserve the right to substitute items in the event of unforeseen circumstances.


Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your CSA membership, please notify us as soon as possible. We will refund the remaining balance of your membership, minus a cancellation fee.


Liability: We are not responsible for any damages or injuries caused by the use of our products. Our liability is limited to the cost of the CSA share.


Compliance: We comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. We expect our CSA members to do the same.


Privacy: We take your privacy seriously and will never share your personal information with third parties. We collect and use your data in accordance with our privacy policy.
